Charlestown Lacrosse is offering hour-long training sessions this winter on Friday nights from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Harvard Kent gym at 50 Bunker Hill St.
The instructional sessions will focus on stick-work, positional play and conditioning to prepare for the upcoming season.
Boys and girls of any age group are welcome to participate and will only need to bring your lacrosse stick; no other equipment is needed.
