District 1 Boston City Councilor Sal LaMattina last week submitted a letter to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs regarding Wynn LLC's resort casino project in Everett.
After reviewing the environmental notification form filed last week with the City of Boston, LaMattina became concerned about the potential effects of the project on Charlestown—particularly regarding traffic at Sullivan Square and impacts to the waterfront area.
