Parcel 39A Meeting Set for Jan. 23
Starboard Place will include 54 units of housing, 11 affordable, in the Navy Yard.
The monthly construction coordination meeting for the Parcel 39A development in the Charlestown Navy Yard will be held on Thursday Jan. 23, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the Institute of Health Professions, Building 36, Room 309.
Parcel 39A is a residential project at the Charlestown Navy Yard approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority last February in which the Kavanagh Advisory Group is proposing to build 54 residential units on the empty lot at 1st Avenue and 9th Street to be known as Starboard Place. Eleven of the units will be designated as affordable.
