Charlestown Neighborhood Council to Discuss Rutherford Ave. Development
The CNC will meet Tuesday at the Scrafft's center.
The Charlestown Neighborhood Council's Development Committee will meet on Tuesday to discuss a proposed development at Rutherford Avenue.
Bruce Daniels of 463 Rutherford LLC will offer a presentation regarding the development at 463 Rutherford Ave. at the corner of Rutherford Avenue and Baldwin Street in Charlestown. The current proposal calls for the construction of a four-story building for the provision of 18 condominiums and 26 parking spaces.
Tuesday's meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Schrafft's Center located at 529 Main St. in Charlestown.

The presentation will offer information about the proposed project and the committee may vote on the matter as a recommendation to the full CNC for support or deferment of support until additional information is available.
