The wife of a bicyclist who was struck and killed by a garbage truck in Charlestown last Thursday spoke out this week about the incident

Owner McGrory, 31, of Chelsea, was struck and killed while riding his bike in the area of Cambridge and Spice streets on the afternoon of Thursday, April 3.

Ricky Prezioso, 41, of Swampscott, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death, and the investigation is ongoing. A not-guilty please was entered on Prezioso's behalf on Friday in Charlestown Municipal Court. He is due back in court May 19.

McGrory's wife this week said she is looking for more information regarding what happened in the incident, and that Prezioso's claim that he thought he hit a pot hole was not a good enough answer, according to WHDH.

"All I need is justice to be served," she told WHDH. "For my whole entire family, we are all mourning and I just need justice to be done."
