McGrory's wife this week said she is looking for more information regarding what happened in the incident, and that Prezioso's claim that he thought he hit a pot hole was not a good enough answer, according to WHDH.

"All I need is justice to be served," she told WHDH. "For my whole entire family, we are all mourning and I just need justice to be done."
