Veterans Day Event featuring Shoshana Johnson

Shoshana Johnson, the author of I’m
Still Standing and the first black female prisoner of war in U.S. military
history, will speak about the attack on her U.S. Army convoy during Operation
Iraqi Freedom, her capture with other members of her company, and the acts of
bravery that followed until their rescue by U.S. Marines.
