Five Things You Need to Know Today, Wednesday, October 31

Happy Halloween! Here are five things going on in and around town you need to know about.

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is predicting a cloudy day with a forty percent chance of rain with a high in the mid 60’s. The evening will be mostly cloudy with a low in the 40’s.

2. 27th Annual Monument Square Halloween Parade: One of Charlestown’s most beloved events, the 27th Annual Monument Square Halloween Costume Parade,will be held on Wednesday, October 31. Gather at the Bunker Hill Monument at 5:00 PM then join the parade at 5:30 PM.  Costumes are encouraged for ALL ages!

3. Old North Church Special Halloween Tour: Join the Old North Church for a special Halloween tour from 3 to 4 p.m..

4. Halloween Fun For Kids Under 7: Join the BPL from 3 to 3:35 p.m. in the Rey Children’s Room. 

5. Dracula Centenary Celebration: Join Northeastern for a Dracula Fest at 6 p.m.
