FIOS in Charlestown

I'm a long time comcast customer and recently ungraded to their x1 platform. So far it's crap, never working to it's advertised amenities. Anyway I'm so frustrated I'm considering FIOS. Last I knew FIOS tv wasn't available in Charlestown. They give you a dish, is this still the case?
