Tobin Bridge Jumper Pronounced Dead on Scene
Scanner reports say a woman jumped from the bridge and came down on land.
Scanner reports indicate that a woman jumped from the Tobin Bridge some time after 4:30 p.m. and struck Constitution Pier 1 near the gas pier.
Emergency responders pronounced her dead on arrival.
