Police Reports: Man Stabbed in Argument on Corey Street

Man Stabbed in Argument on Corey Street

Two women were arrested following a stabbing incident on Corey Street on Saturday, July 6.

Police were called to the area for the report of a fight. Witnesses told police that two women and a man were involved in an argument when one of the women allegedly stabbed the man in the right side of the back.

Officers were able to locate both women, based on witness descriptions, and arrested them near the scene. The man was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

Break-in at Construction Site

Police were notified of a break-in in progress at a construction site on West School Street on Saturday, July 6. A security official told officers that a man had forced his way onto the site and tried to remove several items from the building. The man left the scene before police arrived. The items were recovered.

Resident Interrupts Break-in on O’Reilly Way

An O’Reilly Way resident discovered someone trying to break in through his bedroom window on Friday, July 5. The window was located at street level. When the person trying to break in realized that someone was home he or she reportedly ran from the area toward Bunker Hill Street. Police searched the area but did not locate the suspect or suspects.

Car Windows Smashed, Items Taken

Several vehicles in the area of Spice and Cambridge streets were vandalized on Wednesday, July 3. The vandalism occurred during the early morning hours. Windows were smashed and items were taken from some of the cars.
