winding up your mind and body in a fun, fit way. Enjoy a one-hour yoga class
with others who love and appreciate this relaxing art. As the sun dips in the
sky above Piers Park at 6:00pm on Sunday, you’ll be far removed from the clamor
of the city, and you’ll thank yourself once Monday morning arrives. Remember to
