Take a Video Tour of the New Charlestown Whole Foods Market

With the new Charlestown Whole Foods Market set to open for business on Wednesday, Public Relations Manager Heather McCready and others from the Whole Foods team offered Charlestown Patch a sneak peek at the new business, located in the Bunker Hill Mall at the former Johnnie's Foodmaster site. 

The store was bustling with activity as workers stocked shelves, hand-lettered signs and otherwise went about setting up for business on Monday afternoon, Aug. 5. Click on the video above to take a quick (about four minute) tour of the market, starting from the right-side entrance and working around counter-clockwise back to the front again.

The new Charlestown Whole Foods, 51 Austin St., will open Wednesday, Aug. 7 with a bread-breaking ceremony at 9:45 a.m. The store will open to the public at 10 a.m. The Charlestown community is welcome to attend the event.
