ReplyI don't think we can coddle these quasi-domestic terrorists but we also have to balance our justifiable rage with an adherence to the legal and moral principles that have made the USA great. A death penalty for cases such as this should likely never be "off the table." Fair trial and then let the proper sentence be imposed.

ReplyOfficer Collier gave his life in the execution of his sworn duty to protect and to serve the public which-by all accounts to say nothing of his death-Officer Collier took very seriously. To belittle his sacrifice in any way, for any agenda or purpose is simply disgusting.
