Charlestown Youth Hockey Boys' Squirt B Team Fell to Brookline 3-1
The Charlestown Youth Hockey Boys' Squirt B team lost a tough game to Brookline over the weekend.
Sean McNamara led his team with two goals and Aditya Soni netted one as well in Brookline's 3-1 win over the Charlestown Boys' Squirt B team Saturday morning at the Emmons Horrigan O'Neill Memorial Rink. The win marked the first win of the season for Brookline. "It was really exciting," said McNamara. "I think we had really good passing and shooting." Soni put the first point on the board for Brookline in the first period. The goal was his first of the season. McNamara followed suit in the second period to make it 2-0 game. Charlestown cut their deficit to 1 when Prescott Herbert's shot found the back of the net to make is a 2-1 game.
