Woman Knocked Unconscious, Loses Teeth in Halloween Attack
A women walking home Halloween night near the Phipps Street Burying Ground was hit on the back of the head, knocked out and had her sweater torn off.
Police report that a brutal attack on a 26-year-old woman knocked her unconscious on Halloween night. The woman reports being struck on the back of the head and knocked out. Police met with her the next morning after friends had taken her to Massachusetts General Hospital. She was suffering from injuries to her face, mouth and arm, police report. But that doesn't describe her whole ordeal. As WBZ reports, the woman's friends say she was also dragged across the grass, lost several teeth and had her sweater torn off. Police told WBZ the woman was not sexually assaulted.
