Woman Attacked Outside Charlestown T Station

The victim was hit with pepper spray and her purse was stolen.

[UPDATE Monday, 10:40 a.m.]  A woman was attacked and robbed while walking home from the Bunker Hill Community College T stop Saturday night. Boston Police responded to a call about an armed robbery at about 10:24 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24. The victim, a female, told police that she had arrived at the MBTA’s Orange Line train station and started to walk home when an unidentified while male wearing a dark jacket came up to her and sprayed her eyes with pepper spray, according to reports provided by Boston Police Sgt. Tom Lema. “The suspect then proceeded to punch her approximately three or four times in the face, knocking her down to the ground. The suspect then took her pocket book,” Lema said in the report.
