Charlestown residents are invited to come learn more about a city program designed to help them reduce their energy use at an after-work social on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at Max & Dylan's. Mayor Thomas Menino’s Renew Boston initiative helps Boston residents, property owners, small condo associations, landlords and renters living in one- to four-unit buildings to weatherize their buildings in an effort to reduce utility costs.
