Falls into the exception to free speech category- that you are not allowed to yell fire in anRead More crowded theater. One does not get to "'replicate" a terrorist act which killed and wounded people-at the same exact place, using the same medium-and think its artistic expression. He is lucky Boston PD didn't take him out. That took restraint.

Zoltan and DonnaD............. It was very widely reported on every media station in Boston when heRead More made this choice. It's pretty sad that the Mass. State Police pushed him to make that decision.

The spineless rodent who murdered Tyler Zanco is still at large. I would hope that, even inRead More Massachusetts, this takes preference over flippin' shoplifters. If I DO spot one of these hardened criminals in the photos, however, I will immediately call 911, and go into self-imposed lockdown!

@kellynwright - if you think Boston is going to give their stamp of approval without Wynn fixingRead More Sullivan Square and rt.99 as part of the deal, then you clearly don't understand how this City works. Yes, cars will always win when involved in accidents with pedestrians and cyclists. And yes, as this city grows and expands, traffic will increase no matter what is built or not built. If we want a pedestrian and cyclist friendly city, bury the traffic and create greenspace. Don't make intersections and roadways pretty by adding trees and wider sidewalks. G'day

ps. Article pertaining to Charlestown and it's removed entirely from the main page. Why are localRead More businesses advertising on this page?

One easy fix might be to have traffic officers helping to direct the traffic in the square. EvenRead More trainees are better than nothing at all. The casino will make all this much worse-during the building stage and after. A "flyover" might help but again this is expensive and will disrupt the entire area while it is being built. There needs to be an alternative route laid out while building takes place so that reconstruction can go on 24/7. There are solutions to every problem but there must be the political and public will to get it done.

Governor Deval Patrick is more of a murderer than this fool because he enables terrorists to live inRead More this state like the marathon bombers! He provided funding in the form of welfare, schooling, EBT and housing at the expense of the Massachusetts taxpayers!

John, no especial need I suppose, but I don't feel any especial need not to, either. My right toRead More speak as I like exceeds your right to never be offended, and your god's not the boss of me. That's another nice thing about America.
SPH April 12, 2014 at 09:20 pm
@Bonnie Parker, You couldn't be more wrong in that statement. There are alot of things a person canRead More say to another person and get in alot of trouble. So just keep that in mind, (My right to speak as I like exceeds your right to never be offended,).............. WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS .

This is awful news -I hope that a proper traffic plan can be implemented to accomodate bikers goingRead More through Sullivan Square so this tragedy doesnt happen again. Bicyclist and their supporters should continue to put pressure on city planners to make this a reality. We all need to raise awareness of using caution for both motorist and bicyclists that share the same road -Sullivan Sq. is a beast. My thoughts and prayers are with the bicyclist's family. RIP...
