I have a daughter who is allergic to a lot of food items and also a very pick eater on top of that so when we were at a restaurant, and she finally liked a noodle dish that she can eat, I asked the waiter if they can give me the name of the noodles. The chef was very kind to give me the brand and there started my search for the noodles. I called up the manufacturer, who then referred me to a redistributor, apparently the largest in the US, who then referred me to another distributor in my area, so I can find out what supermarkets the distributor sells to. Liberty Bell was one of them and the owner Robert returned my call after leaving a message. By this time, I am now really embarassed to even tell my story because all I needed was to be able to buy a small pack or two every week, and by this time(about half an hour's worth of phone calls, just to chase down "noodles" : ) Robert was nothing but KIND and accomodating, even though he knew that I am "just a mom looking for a bag of noodles for my child". He doesn't even carry the item but was willing to order it to piggy back with his real big-time orders! What an what an INCREDIBLE human being, I was truly touched, almost in tears. It's very seldom one meets people who conducts business like that, in this time and age, and in this economy.
