Charlestown Live Highlights Townies/Park League Gridiron History

In anticipation of the upcoming Boston Park League Football Reunion taking place on Friday, Sept. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Boston Teacher’s Union Hall, Charlestown Live host Dan Ryan with speak to Bob Beckwith, an alum of the CharlestownTownies Football Team, and representatives of Park League teams from around Boston. 

These former gridiron foes will engage in a lively discussion of the league’s history with special attention being paid to rivalries and friendships forge over a half century of neighborhood football in Boston.
