On Thursday, April 19 Jenn Herlihy will run a seminar entitled “” at at the Charlestown branch of the Boston Public Library.
The event will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and help visitors understand how the Boston Public School system assigns students to schools.
"Many people have asked for information on the current way BPS is assigning students so that they can be educated and prepared for the BPS program to discuss school assignment," Herlihy said.
BPS will host three community meetings entitied "" on Saturday, April 28—with one of those program occurring from 9-11 a.m. at the Warren Prescott school in Charlestown.
Herlihy said that she has requested that BPS personnel, school committee members and city councilors attend her event on the 19th.
