Photo of the Day: Cadets at Halftime

"Charlestown High School's ROTC cadets carried the flags at the Celtics game last Sunday. It is always an exciting assignment to be selected to stand at half court and listen to the National Anthem with the spotlight shining and 17,000 fans cheering. It takes many hours of practice to ensure this brief time in the spotlight is done with exacting precision. After their performance, the cadets got to enjoy a meal in the press cafeteria and watch the game from great seats."

Students pictured here include cadets Woquan Li, Yinyin Zhou, Shuru Mai and Jian Lin.
