What is a loading sign? What does the white outline on the map represent?

Hi Joseph - Thanks for the comment, and apologies for any confusion. The post has been updated to clarify that the meeting will focus on loading zones & parking in the Thompson Square area. We'll try to update the site with more information on the meeting and what's discussed as it becomes available. The Google Maps image just shows an aerial view of the area; the white outline is in relation to the meeting. Hope that clarifies!
