Nomination Papers Now Available for Neighborhood Council Precinct Election

Papers with at least 25 signatures must be returned to CNC by Nov. 1.

The Charlestown Neighborhood Council is conducting the election for seven Precinct seats on Saturday, Nov. 16. at the Charlestown Police Station, 55 Bunker Hill St.

Nomination papers are currently available at the Charlestown Public Library or electronically from any current CNC member.

Candidates for these seats must be residents of Charlestown, must be 18 years of age or older and be able to secure a minimum of 25 signatures from Charlestown residents who live in the precinct and who are 18 years of age or older to secure a slot on the ballot.

Completed nomination papers must be mailed and postmarked no later than Friday, Nov. 1, to:

The names of all certified candidates will be published in the Charlestown Patch prior to the election.
