Winthrop Man Charged in Dunkin Donuts Robbery Case

The 41-year-old was arraigned on charges stemming from the incident, which occurred in Boston on Dec. 10

A Winthrop man was arraigned in Charlestown District Court this week on charges of armed robbery that stem from an incident in December, according to MyFoxBoston.

Dennis Stack is accused to threatening to kill everyone inside a Dunkin Donuts on Cambridge Street in Boston during a Dec. 10 robbery, during which he reportedly dropped his cell phone, according to the report. He was held on $15,000 bail and is due back in court on March 24.

During the incident, Stack allegedly ordered a Dunkin Donuts employee to hand over gift cards and cash, and claimed he was armed and threatened to kill everyone that was in the shop at the time, according to the report. He then reportedly attempted to climb over the counter when a customer grabbed him and struggled with him.

Stack is accused of committing at least four robberies across Suffolk County, and the bail in those cases range from $10,000 to $75,000, and he also fences additional robbery charges out of Middlesex County, according to the report.
