Another Bomb Threat at UMass Boston

Authorities said a threat on Tuesday was a hoax. Another unfounded bomb threat was made last week.

University of Massachusetts Boston officials on Tuesday said there was a bomb threat on campus.

Officials said the threat was directed at the Wheatley Building, which houses several of the university's colleges. They said police searched the building and found no devices.

The building was evacuated at about 12:45 p.m. At about 2:30 p.m., students were let back in.

Last week, a separate bomb threat was called in to the Wheatley Building. Officials said it was also a hoax.
