A security guard told police that while fans were exiting the stadium, a man and a woman began shouting and seemed shocked about something. The two said they observed a man urinate on the ground behind a steel station. Officers later learned that the two noticed the man standing near the steel station when they were splashed with urine. Police reported that the man was doing so without any regard for the people with whom he was in close proximity to.

The subject reportedly pushed the guards and tried to run toward the exit when they approached the man and demanded to know what he was doing. Other security guards thwarted his attempts to flee.
