Police Log: Two Cars Stolen, One Scratched

Notable incidents from the District A-15 police log for Aug 24-26.

On Friday, Aug. 24, a victim parked on Lawrence Street reported that someone scratched the entire driver’s side of the victim’s car in one continuous line.

On Saturday, Aug 25, an officer responded to a report of domestic violence on McNulty Court. The victim reported that a man known to her entered her apartment, woke her up and began to argue with her. “The suspect then stated if she called the police, he would hurt her family.” The victim told the suspect that she was going to wait outside. When she returned, she observed that her vehicle was gone.

Around 1:20 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 25, a victim told police that he had left his vehicle parked near the intersection of Bartlett Street and Sullivan Street and had returned to find the vehicle stolen.
