Man Robs Dunkin' Donuts, Takes Money, Leaves His Cellphone

In January, a man attempted to take rob the store with a spoon.

A man in his 30s robbed the Dunkin' Donuts at 99 Cambridge St. of cash sometime around noon with a tire iron. But in his haste to leave the scene, the perp forgot to take the weapon – the tire iron – as well as his cell phone which he left on the counter.

Boston Police describes the robber as white, in his 30s, with a receding hairline, wearing a tan coat and a light-blue shirt under a V-neck sweatshirt.

It is the same donut shop where an on-duty transit officer arrested a man after he allegedly tried to rob the store with a spoon in January.
