Why won't the Patch print the names & addresses of people who are arrested?

The journals that appear in this format (with the disclaimer affixed at the top) are submitted to us by District A-15 as a courtesy. As a result, it's up to police discretion whether or not they wish to include names and addresses. They choose not to. When we do our own reports, we do include names and addresses.
