Boston police confirmed the fatal hit-and-run after responding to Cambridge and Spice streets at 1:40 p.m., according to Boston.com.
The incident involved a truck that allegedly hit the victim on Cambridge Street in Sullivan Square and drove off. The vehicle in question was described as a large white rear-loading garbage truck, according to Universal Hub.
