Level 2 sex offenders have a moderate chance to reoffend. Residents can get the names of Level 2 sex offenders in their neighborhood by going to the police station and requesting that information. A state law that took effect last year will allow people the ability to search for newly classified Level 2 offenders just like Level 3 offenders.

Level 1 sex offenders have a low risk of reoffending. The names of Level 1 offenders are not available to the public.
