Eugene "Gene" O'Flaherty.  The representative announced this week that he will be stepping down from his State House seat and position as Chairman of the House Committee on the Judiciary to lead the City of Boston's Corporation Council under the Mayor Marty Walsh Administration.  O'Flaherty has represented Charlestown and Chelsea in the House of Representatives since 1997, currently serving his ninth term.
