Living in a busy world does not mean you need to have a busy mind. By learning the simple practice of mindfulness, you can enjoy mental clarity and peace. Everyone is welcome to this free public talk in Boston to receive simple and practical advice about how find peace in this busy world. By keeping this practical advice in our heart, we can learn to be calm and peaceful in every situation.


Gen Kelsang Jampa is an American Buddhist monk and the Eastern U.S. National Spiritual Director for the New Kadampa Tradition. He is also the Resident Teacher of the Kadampa Meditation Center Texas. A long time disciple of the internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher and meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Jampa has received ordination and lineage transmissions directly from him. Under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang, Gen Jampa travels extensively giving the ancient wisdom of Buddha to people throughout the United States and abroad, helping them to find happiness in their hearts.
