As we are committed to encouraging the physical wellness of our community (see our Register Coupon for the month for Edwards Middle School), we feel the same about getting the word out about our incredible in-house nutrition program, Health Starts Here. In celebration of the New Year, we are starting with a new focus on Health Starts Here and educating our customers about the benefits (long and short-term) eating well can do for your overall health. It's not hard or confusing and our own Healthy Eating Specialist, Hannah, is here to help with funs tore tours! We begin with a crash-course tour- the Basics of Health Starts Here (1/8, 6-6:30p), Know Your Grains tour (1/15 6-6:30p), and finally, Protein for Your Plate tour (1/29, 6-6:30p). In between, we're showcasing the HSH program with a storewide event, Fuel for Thought, on 1/25, 3-5p. Join us to live up to those New Years resolutions!
