On December 29, 1812, Captain Bainbridge had to answer a difficult question; “how do you steer a ship when it has no wheel?” Find out the answer to this question and help commemorate Constitution’s second victory in the War of 1812. Hands-on family programs about teamwork, courage, and naval medicine will be available.
