Jessica Murphy Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Charlestown Office

CHARLESTOWN, Mass. (June 12, 2014) - Nora Moran, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate in Charlestown, is pleased to announce that Jessica Murphy has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Murphy looks forward to collaborating with clients from Hammond’s Charlestown location at 105 Main Street in the historic Warren Tavern building.

A native of the Boston area and current Charlestown resident, Murphy earned a bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross, a master’s degree from Lesley University, and furthered her knowledge while studying in Mallorca, Spain. Fluent in Spanish, Murphy enjoys learning about different cultures, particularly by testing new recipes from across the globe for friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, practicing yoga with friends, and cooking with her family.

Murphy’s passion for people, teaching, and all things home-related drew her to a career in real estate. Prior to joining Hammond, she worked in the financial sector and later in the classroom, where she taught in various Massachusetts school districts and continued her efforts in early childhood education at The Kennedy Center in Charlestown. As a Hammond agent, Murphy looks forward to utilizing her acute eye for detail and negotiation skills to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. She is eager to share her extensive market knowledge of Boston and the surrounding communities while forging sustainable and meaningful relationships with her clients.
