Visions for Vacancy: What Tenant Should be First Here?

This week, Visions for Vacancy turns its eyes toward a Charlestown storefront that has never had a commercial tenant.

Tim Doherty, a vice president with building owner Cornerstone Corporation, said a number of potential clients expressed interest in the 2,500 square foot space over the years, but none of them seemed quite right.

“We as landlords are ready willing and able to do a deal,” Doherty said, but only for the right kind of tenant. (We’ll have more on that early next week).

In the mean time, Cornerstone has let the Charlestown World War II History display use the space nestled between and .

He said the space is a shell that could be configured to hold any kind of business—from restaurant to gym to office space.
