Crate Escape Coming to Charlestown

A new dog daycare facility is opening in November.

Crate Escape is coming to Charlestown next month, opening a new location at 200 Terminal Street. Crate Escape already has two locations in Belmont and in Cambridge. The new dog daycare facility will have 17,000 square feet of room to run around and play in for dogs of all sizes.

The dog-smart staff will pick up customers dogs at their homes and let them play for up to six hours then drop them off later on. Dogs are kept off of a leash under staff supervision with other dogs of similar temperament, according to a press release.

Owners Stephanie and Bradley Hastings have ten years of experience creating and managing dog daycares. “We’re so proud to bring Crate Escape to Charlestown and downtown Boston, we can’t wait to open the doors” Hastings said in a press release. “We will give Boston dog owners and their dogs a new way of life.”
