Shuttle Buses to Replace Trains From Sullivan Sq. to Oak Grove Next Month

The disruption in service is due to the MBTA's Assembly Station project.

Following suit with affected train service in April, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has issued an alert that shuttle buses will replace Orange Line trains between Sullivan Square in Charlestown and Oak Grove Station next month.

The buses will replace the trains starting on Saturday, June 7 and running through Sunday, June 8, from start to end of service, and all shuttle bus stops are accessible for persons with disabilities, according to MBTA officials.

Regular Orange Line trains will resume at the start of service on Monday, June 9.
