Judge to Marina Owners: Fix the Piers Now

The injunction included the following orders:
- Marina owner Matin Oliner must take steps to ensure public safety at the marina and associated piers
- Oliner must file an engineering report by Wednesday
- If the engineering report shows no part of the marina is safe, Oliner must pay for the relocation of boats docked at the marina.
- Oliner and his two companies (Shipyard Quarters Marina and Pier 9) will have their assets frozen
- Work on the marina must be inspected by an engineer
