State Senator Sal DiDomenico was recently recognized by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)- Boston Chapter as their 2013 Legislator of the Year. Senator DiDomenico was the lead Senate sponsor of the Social Work Safety Bill that was signed into law by Governor Patrick last winter. Senator DiDomenico worked with NASW and State Representative Sean Garballey to pass one of the most comprehensive safety bills protecting Social Workers in the field.
