Karyn Polito, Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor, was in Charlestown Sunday for the "Battle of Bunker Hill Road Race," the 46th annual fundraiser for the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club.
"I am excited to be here to run in support of the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club and to meet some of the youth who benefit from their services," said Karyn. "The Boys & Girls Clubs across this state fill an ever-widening gap in our communities and address some of the important issues that Charlie Baker and are talking about in this campaign. From after school mentoring to teaching important life skills, the Boys & Girls Clubs are there for the kids in our state who need them most."
