Good Shepherd School at the Fire Station

On October 10th, the Dolphin class at Good Shepherd School visited the Fire Station. The Dolphins learned all about fire safety the week before and shared their knowledge about “Stop, Drop and Roll” with firefighters Derek and Pat. Each child got a turn to sit in the fire truck, and we saw how the hose gets attached to a fire hydrant, and what a firefighter looks like in his garb. Our visit to the Fire Station was a great success and a wonderful way to culminate our Fire Safety Week at Good Shepherd School.
