Groove your way on into Boston on Saturday, April 20 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. and 6 to 9:30 p.m. to sample beer from more than 40 Massachusetts craft breweries all under one roof. These brewmasters aren't just serving up their finest beers; they're adding some far-out seltzers and ciders to the mix too. Each sip at the Massachusetts Craft Brewers Festival supports the Mass Brewers Guild—the real deal, fighting for the rights and passions of our craft brewers across the Commonwealth. And dig this: this event is all about brewers, by brewers, making it the ultimate vibe for local craft beer lovers. Tickets are $55 for general admission and includes unlimited beer samples from participating breweries. Designated drivers/non-drinkers can attend the festival for $10.

Join us as we commemorate the Battle of Bunker Hill this year and next year, the 250th Anniversary of the Revolution. Sarah Josepha Hale hosted a few "bake sales" similar to farmer's markets, to raise money to build the Bunker Hill Monument. We are hosting similar events to raise money for commerative exercises, a children's book and to reenact the cornerstone laying with Marquis de Lafayette (in collaboration with the NPS, Friends of Lafayette and the Ancient and Honorables).
Tables are: FREE for Charlestown Non-profits, $30 for Members and $40 for other vendors/Charlestown vendors have preference.
Come listen to Colonial Music and join the Bunker Hill Monument Association ($50 lifetime membership includes certificate on 6/17/2024 and a pin - while supplies last).

Emmy-winning actor Gordon Clapp (NYPD Blue) will bring his acclaimed portrayal of poet Robert Frost to Boston this Spring in the one-man show "Robert Frost: This Verse Business" by local playwright A.M. Dolan. It’s an entertaining portrait of the great poet and platform legend whose public “talks” were hot tickets for nearly half a century and an illuminating glimpse of the old bard at home, aware of his fame and failures, with poems still to write and “promises to keep.”\

The Walk for Hunger, Project Bread’s annual fundraising event and the Commonwealth’s largest and oldest day of community action against hunger, is seeking walkers for the celebration. The one-day event is set for Sunday, May 5 on the Boston Common, and will feature family-friendly activities along the 3-mile loop. In its 56th
year, Project Bread invites you to help raise more than $1.3 million to support the leading statewide food security organization’s approach to permanently solve hunger, which includes working year-round across policy initiatives, programs, and hunger prevention measures to ensure food access for all children and families in Massachusetts. 
Likeminded anti-hunger organizations can enroll in the nonprofit’s co-fundraising program, The Commonwealth, forming teams to raise money to support their own work, while also furthering Project Bread’s statewide effort.
