DESCRIPTION:This class is designed for adults who are looking to either b
 egin a yoga practice later in life or who have a practice and wish to do
  so in an environment where they are with others in their age group. The
  class is targeted for those 50 or older and will provide modifications 
 of all kinds to support any participant. This may include using chairs t
 o convert poses to seated postures or using the wall to help with balanc
 e\, for instance. This one hour class will start with a seated meditatio
 n (from a chair or seated on the mat or a block)\, will continue with up
 per body movements designed to stretch and relax the upper body\, procee
 d with standing poses for strengthening and balance\, progress to the fl
 oor for backbending and end with a 5 minute rest ( shavasana). All kinds
  of modifications will be supported and anyone with any special conditio
 ns or who requires any special support to attend classes will be support
