As you prepare for childbirth and the transition into motherhood, let the practice support your transformation. The series are suitable for women during any stage of pregnancy and in the early postpartum period. Postnatal moms are welcome to bring their new babes to class. The class is taught by Johanna Hynes, a mother of two boys and, presently, a mom-to-be.
