“Leela”, the Sanskrit word for play, is at the heart of this unique class for our littlest yogis. Through rhymes, songs and energetic sequences, children learn to channel and express their innate joy of movement in the practice of yoga. Every class is offered with an age-appropriate, whole child approach - nurturing the blooming preschool imagination, and incorporating creative activities to help manage breath, self control, and encourage kindness to others. Each class ends with a brief story time, savasana and Namaste poem.

Dates 9/17 - 10/29 (NO CLASS on the Oct. 8th holiday)
