The Charlestown Neighborhood Council will host an abutter meeting on Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at the 100 Ferrin Street Senior Center Community Room, to discuss the proposed redevelopment of 63 Rutherford Ave.

The applicant has applied for a zoning variance for the project and the CNC is hosting a meeting to provide an opportunity for the abutters and developer to discuss the proposed project in advance of the Zoning Board of Appeal hearing scheduled for this project.

Any resident of Charlestown interested in discussing the proposed project details is welcome to attend and participate in the dialogue.
