Come and check out Boston's hottest swing dance. We run every Friday night and feature live authentic jazz music from the 20's, 30's and 40's swing era! We take pride in featuring the best jazz bands in the area, and jazz revival hot spots of New York and New Orleans.
Conveniently located in Sullivan Square, we are less than a 5 minute walk from the T. Free parking is also available. This fall we have a killer line up of DJ's and live bands every Friday night. We're in a beautiful 3,000 sq ft dance hall with exposed brick. A beginning lesson is included in the price of admission from 8-9 p.m. prior to social dancing from 9PM-12AM. No partner or prior experience is required. All ages over 18 and all dance levels welcome!

More About Boston Swing Central @ The Crosby Whistle Stop
Boston Swing Central opened is a volunteer-run organization that offers dance classes and dance parties most Tuesday and Friday nights of the year. It found a home in its current space last May at the Crosby Whistle Stop, which used to be a whistle factory. According to its web site, Boston Swing Central has two goals: First, to provide a weekly Friday night dance that caters to the desires of dancers of all levels. And second: To promote the work of other dance organizations, teachers and DJs around the city.
